Customer Support Analyst
An ideal candidate will provide telephone and e-mail application support to customers. Excellent organizational and customer support skills are necessary to answer questions on function and usage of the software, and perform technical research on customer specific issues. Ability to work independently and troubleshoot using a good common sense approach to issues is desired. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server products and a good working knowledge of accounting principles is helpful.  Experience supporting software applications preferred.

Accounting Systems Consultant
Qualified applicants have a minimum of three (3) years experience in accounting software implementation of SAGE, Microsoft, Open Systems or Not-for-Profit software.

Senior Programmer
Qualified applicants for the Senior Programmer position possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience working with MS Access VBA, ADO/DAO; MS SQL Server Programming financial applications.  Excellent documentation skills necessary. 

Customer Account Manager (CAM)
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to help with proposals, telephone, seminar, and direct mail marketing efforts. Experience in accounting or software industry helpful.
