Laundry Tracking System for Nonprofits

A complete laundry facility production management and uniform tracking system from soiled weigh-in to clean weigh-out.

LTSTM has been developed in SQL Server, Microsoft Access and VBA specifically for nonprofit organizations, enabling the process of tracking the flow of laundry from intake to return delivery.  With its optional scale interface, it will weigh soiled and cleaned laundry and track production by the specific equipment used. A uniform tracking module with bar code readers and printers is available to manage the processing of uniforms.

LTSTM has a direct interface to TRAVERSE Accounting Software for maintaining customer and inventory records.

LTSTM is designed to meet the need of non-profit organizations that specialize in hiring disadvantaged or disabled employees. LTSTM tracks and weighs both inbound and outbound items, and productivity of equipment used, by customer. In conjunction with TRAVERSE Inventory it maintains equipment service records and replacement parts used.

LTSTM integrates with TRAVERSE Payroll, Accounts Receivable, and Applied Business Services ITSTM for managing piecework payroll.

LTSTM connects to electronic digital scales and can use wireless infra-red barcode scanners and printers to collect and output tracking records.

Our nonprofit clients are pleased to find that LTSTM can be used for maintenance forms for carts, formulas, customer deliveries, time and product weight by customer and employee, washing and drying data, productivity by equipment, driver delivery logs. LTSTM gives you the ability to capture data on tickets or tags and process data entry separately.

System Requirements of LTSTM:
Pentium 4 class hardware, PC Terminal with serial port, Windows 2000 or XP based workstation with 256MB RAM minimum and broadband connection ASP server running Windows 2000 or 2003 server, Scale with serial interface, Bar Code Scanner and printer. Systems ships with MSDE and Microsoft Access 2000 runtime components. MS SQL would be helpful for larger data.
